Experience in many different trades through the years. From the restaurant industry brings fast pace organization, and able to multitask. Then moved onto the Nursing world which brought many other skills. Organization of multiple clients in a day, as well kept uniforms, able to follow many different instructions as well as disinfecting steps. Lastly the hairstyling industry, clear directions mixed with personal style. Achieved this by disinfecting stations, tools, taking proper steps to complete a hair cut. As well as steps to closing down the shop each day.

Finding Seasons of Danvers for the last six months being employed by this company, I have found a real passion for the Alzheimer’s and Dementia community. As working with this specific specialty has given me a new outlook on life. With the constant face pace environment, specific needs of each and every resident adapting quickly to each situation. My organizational skills, my ability to switch from task to task quickly and efficiently. I achieved a Lead CNA Role after three months of showing my ability and skills with this company.
Working at Reel Nutrition I have learned many valuable nutrition facts and helpful ideas to share with customers as they come in. We make protein shakes, energy teas and many other delicious drinks. All of the shakes and teas are filled with many different vitamins. The protein shakes not only include protein but also have a small amount of calories and sugars. We are cautious about allergies, and sanitization with working with food and drinks. Our attentiveness to details and special requests.
Starting out as a barber apprentice I was watching, learning and absorbing the environment in the barber shop. As I became more comfortable as to how the shop worked I began to get my own clients to give haircuts. Taking proper steps to keeping every tool as well as my station clean and organized. I began to build up my clientele which I used strong organizational skills to book appointments as well as a friendly demeanor to build the number of clients I have.
Working in an Alzheimer's and dementia nursing home I brought a variety of skills. Timely manner getting to work early to pick up my assignment for each day and prepare for the day. Organization to make sure each one of my residents were dressed, showered, at the breakfast table ready to eat. Strong communication skills were used due to many of the residents having communication issues. Friendly demeanor to all residents and other employees as well as management to make the workplace enjoyable for all. Compassion towards all residents and family members due to the hard times many of them were going through the changes in each one of their lives.
