I love spending my days infront of a computer learning new systems, and reading on communication & technology. I also love talking with people and have mastered the art of communicating properly, using proper tone of voice, empathy statements, personalizing the calls and using proper words to convey messages. To sum it up, merging computer knowlege and knowing how to communicate makes me strive to be the best in my field of work.
